Shipping – Same Day Shipping on Orders in the United States
Golnit offers the same day shipping on most domestic orders placed on our website. For orders outside of the United States, the times will vary depending on the country and courier availability. Please contact us at info@golnit.com for any shipping quotes/availability to your country. We make every effort to process your order quickly. Once shipped, orders are generally received within 2-7 business days. No shipping on Saturday/ Sunday/ Holidays.
Golnit cannot be held responsible for conditions beyond our control such as weather, service interruptions etc. We may ship by UPS/FedEx/US Postal Office (USPS). UPS and FedEx cannot deliver to a PO Box address.
If you have a preferred choice among our shipping methods, please indicate on the shipping comments online or inform our sales representative when ordering and we will try to meet your needs. Orders weighing less than 1 pound or below the value of $250 may ship by US Postal Service. Higher value orders will ship by UPS/FedEx and may require a signature.
30 Day Satisfaction Guarantee
We are confident the quality of our products will meet, if not exceed, your expectations. However, if you are not completely satisfied with any of our products, simply return the unused items within 30 days for a refund.
Return Policy
We will accept returns on any unopened items within 30 days from the delivery date. No exchange or return will be accepted after 30 days.
To submit a return, contact our Returns Department at 929.277.7372 or info@golnit.com. Please provide account name/phone number, invoice number, item number(s), quantity, and the reason for the return/exchange.
All returns will reflect original discounts and promotions.
Returned products must match the lot number listed on the invoice. Any product that is used, opened or returned without a RGA will be denied.
If the return is the result of an error by Golnit, we will send you a prepaid mailing label for the return of the merchandise. In all other cases, please send the merchandise along with the RGA form using a trackable shipping service (UPS, FedEx, or registered mail within the US). You are responsible for all shipping and insurance costs of returning the product to Golnit, and we will not reimburse you or compensate you for any such costs.
A copy of the RGA form must be included with the returned product(s) so that your account can be credited in a timely manner.
Once your return is received and inspected by our warehouse staff, we will process your refund (usually within 3 business days of receipt). Shipping and handling charges will not be refunded. Please note that depending on your credit card company, it may take 2-5 business days after your credit is applied to post to your account. If you would like to order another item in place of the returned product, you will need to submit a completely new order either online or by phone.
